Our St. Louis region is actively seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to care for patients in the community as part of our Advanced Illness Management (AIM) program. Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p.
• NO nights/weekends/holidays or call!
• Community-based program - build rapport with patients in an intimate setting
• Mileage reimbursement available

Your Qualifications:

• Graduate of nationally accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
• Current NP licensure in Missouri
• Ability to work autonomously
• Experience in palliative care, hospice, or geriatrics highly preferred
