Come join a fast pace growing team responsible for implementing Epic & Epic-related applications across the SSM footprint, which includes mergers & acquisitions, departments, clinics, construction, divestitures, offboarding and medical devices. We are looking for an experienced Director Enterprise Application - Growth to lead a team of professionals toward a common goal. This leader will have at least one certification in Epic, strong leadership skills, and excel at building collaborative relationships, solving problems, and guiding their team toward success You would bring your demonstrated ability to create and sustain successful relationships, foster a culture of innovation and creativity, identify, and implement sustainable solutions, and communicate across all levels of the organization, both internally and externally. This is a remote role and does have some state limitations to where you can reside.
Primary Responsibilities include:
- Leads and supports a team of managers & analysts.
- Drives the strategy and optimization of our Growth implementations.
- Meets and interacts with our Operational partners and other Shared Services at all levels, on an ongoing basis.
- Defines, plans, tracks, and manages key resources.
- Leads Growth related projects and programs.
- Ensures the tracking and completion of work at the site, region, and system level.
- Works with fellow leaders and teams to prioritize and complete work.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent years of experience and education
Experience
- Seven years' experience, with five years' in Epic leadership
- Epic certification
