Albany Med Health System is seeking a dedicated and dynamic board-certified Internal Medicine educator to join our ambulatory Internal Medicine academic practice. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a collaborative team, integrating patient care with medical education and scholarship.

Be part of a cornerstone practice in the Albany Medical College (AMC) Internal Medicine residency training program, supporting 54 residents, including 30 in continuity practice at our Internal Medicine Group (IMG).
Work in a community-based, hospital-affiliated setting with 9 faculty and 2 advanced practitioners, committed to serving patients in the greater Capital District of Albany, NY.
Engage with medical students (years 1-4), as well as physician assistant and pharmacy students.
Collaborate with the Alden March Bioethics Institute, internationally recognized for its focus on bioethics, and working closely with clinician educators.
Experience the support of academic Hospitalist colleagues managing inpatient admissions.

What We’re Looking For:

A clinician-educator passionate about linking patient care with education and scholarship.
Experience in teaching primary care and evidence-based medicine at both graduate and undergraduate levels.
A strong commitment to resident and student education, with responsibilities in continuity precepting and direct patient care.
