Job Description The Jewish Chaplain's duties will vary depending on the needs of the patient population and MMC's Spiritual Care Department, but the responsibilities of the chaplain will include: Assessing spiritual needs and providing necessary spiritual care to Jewish patients and their loved ones as they face personal and emotional challenges of all sorts, especially those related to serious illness Maintaining an openness and a nonjudgmental attitude towards individuals the Jewish spectrum Collaborating with MMC team members to ensure to quality and comprehensive care is delivered Follow
