Patient Access Representative I- Full Time-Day- Hackettstown Medical Center
Job Description Patient Access Representative Responsible for patient-facing registration and other associated tasks like information collection, validation, and requisitioning of orders and services. Participates in Insurance-related tasks including, but not limited to verification, collection of co-payments, and collection of associated paperwork. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies and protocols. Acts as a liaison between patients, providers, payers, and other related stakeholders for all post-care matters related to account resolution.
