Job Description Records complete description of rental equipment in the cleaning log with date and initials and if applicable include AHM serial number. Cleans and disinfects all rental equipment based on SOP's propriety to each piece of equipment. Cleans and disinfects using appropriate cleaner (Madacide, Sanazide, etc) and use according to manufacturer directions. Completes, signs and dates appropriate colored quality assurance (QA) tag indicating equipment type, serial number, and complete description. Pulls, stages, and prepares
