St. Robert is part of the Ft Leonard Wood, Waynesville, and Rolla area and located halfway between St. Louis and Springfield on I44.

Mercy Family Medicine with Obstetrics St. Robert Offers:

• Guaranteed annual salary of $300,000 with opportunity for significantly higher income based on productivity
• $100,000 recruitment bonus plus paid relocation
• Family Medicine with Surgical OB - C-Section/OB Fellowship required
• OB Call of 1 in 3 or better
• Primary care nurse team for in-basket message support
• Microsoft Dax and other AI technology for efficiency and significant improvement in work/life balance
• Flexible workweek options including 4-day workweek
• Public service loan forgiveness, NHSC approved sites, student loan repayment options

• Access to patients right away; high demand, proven volumes, ability to focus on niche or specialty interest
• We have options for outpatient-only, hospital medicine, urgent care, OB, ER, prenatal care, procedures, occupational medicine, sports medicine, hospice and palliative medicine - we can meet your professional interests
