Job Description Proficient in the use of various pharmacy automation systems and electronic medical record Responsible for medication preparation and delivery, including controlled dangerous substances and hazardous medications. Responsible for the safe and accurate preparation of non-sterile and sterile medications according to USP 795, 797 and 800 guidelines. Handle hazardous medications according to USP 800 guidelines. Follow proper medication safety practices (e.g., look alike sound alike, high alert, expirations and recalls, temperature and humidity document
