Infusion Center Scheduling Coordinator, Infusion Center, Full time, Days
The Infusion Center Scheduling Coordinator performs infusion scheduling and various routine clerical tasks support to the Infusion Center Department. The Infusion Center Scheduling Coordinator schedules and coordinates all infusions, blood transfusions, and injection appointments. Tracks and coordinates all scheduling changes and cancelations. Will ensure valid authorization is obtained and attached to appointment, ensure authorization matches with physicians’ order. May handle insurance inquiries; explains deductible and payments if necessary.
