Providence is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Palliative Care physician to join its interdisciplinary team in beautiful South Puget Sound while working a part-time schedule at 0.8 FTE. You will be part of a well-established Palliative care program that covers two hospitals and one clinic throughout the Olympia area. The primary location is based at the St. Peter Hospital in Olympia, but you can expect to provide some care at the other 2 locations as well. The position provides clinical expertise within the Southwest Washington Palliative Care services program to improve care for inpatient and ambulatory patients with serious and/or life-threatening illnesses. Part-time clinical position at 0.8 FTE
Primary location is Providence St. Peter Hospital in Olympia, but expect some inpatient coverage at the Providence Centralia Hospital as well as at an outpatient clinic nearby St. Peter Hospital
Hospice and Palliative Medicine (HPM) fellowship training preferred; HPM certification or eligibility required
Compensation is between $224,450 and $311,000 per year
The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them
