The RN Flights staff are self-managing individuals who extend hospital resources into the community, are committed to professional growth and participate in regional education.What You Bring/Job Requirements:In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following* 5 years of recent critical care experience required* Previous ICU experience preferred* Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required for new graduates, preferred for experienced RN's required* BSN Preferred* Current state RN license for applicable state of employment or current RN license from a participating state in National Compact Licensure required* Current Basic Life Support through American Heart Association required* Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support required* Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support upon hire or within six months of hire/transfer required* Neonatal Resuscitation Program upon hire or within 12 months of hire/transfer required* Certified Flight Registered Nurse upon hire or within 2 years of hire/transfer required* Valid driver's license and ability to pass the annual review of driving record for safe vehicle operations required* Must maintain current on all certifications required by Commission for Accreditation of Medical Transport Systems required* Transport Provider Advanced Trauma Course or Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) upon hire or within 12months of hire/transfer requiredPhysical RequirementsMedium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)Your Connected Community:When people and places align, incredible things happen.
