At Centura Health, we value incredible people with incredible skills - but your commitment to a greater cause is something we value even more. A laboratory position responsible for performing waived- to moderate-complexity testing as defined by CLIA regulations and laboratory policy in an accurate and timely manner. Works under the direct supervision of a Medical Laboratory Scientist, Medical Laboratory Technician, or Laboratory Leadership. May perform phlebotomy and clinical and/or pathology specimen management duties as required.  What You Bring/Job Requirements:In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:   * Previous clinical laboratory experience preferred* High School GED or Diploma* Associates or Bachelors degree preferred * MLA (ASCP) or Phlebotomy certification, such as PBT(ASCP) or equivalent certification preferred Schedule: Variable shift 11a-7p, or 8a-4p some shifts.   Physical Requirements:Light work - (Exert up to 20lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 10lbs frequently)Your Connected Community:When people and places align, incredible things happen.
