Provides counseling to patients and families as well as organizing and leading support groups. Works closely with physicians and other medical staff to aid patients in understanding treatment options, facilitating decision making, as well as providing a variety of other case work services in acute care areas, outpatient, and in the communityWhat You Bring/Job Requirements:In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: * One year of related clinical experience* Demonstrates clinical and ethical professionalism, conflict resolution and critical thinking skills.* Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling or related* Current Colorado State License as a Clinical Social Worker (CSW), Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)* Required** BLS (AHA) Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantlyYour Connected Community:When people and places align, incredible things happen.
