JOB SUMMARY: As an LPN in the Vanderbilt Home Care Services LPN Bootcamp Program, you will work in collaboration with an RN mentor/preceptor to provide direct care to patients, both pediatric and adult in the home setting.
The Vanderbilt Home Care LPN Bootcamp Program is a 12-week educational program designed to prepare the newly licensed LPN to the home care setting.
Full Time, benefited positions.
Competitive pay from start date ($22.49); increase at completion of program (12 weeks).
Weekly interactive classroom education.
Provide direct patient care alongside an RN Preceptor.
Successful completion of the program ensures a position with Vanderbilt home Care Services.
Sign On Bonus - $10,000(Paid out after 60 days of successful completion of program and continued employment.)
Graduate of an approved discipline specific program
Licensed Practical Nurse (required)

The Home Health Quality team is a small task oriented team which consists of a quality educator, a quality data analyst, and quality reviewer. They work closely together with clinical managers to provide meaningful data on home health patient population and clinician best practices
