Summary:
Serves as a key resource for extracting and communicating Supply Chain Management (SCM) data from Akron Children's Hospital's enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution. Extracts data publishes KPI's and supports SCM webpage.
 
Responsibilities:
- Full knowledge of all Supply Chain Management (SCM) ERP and business class data.
- Compile and disperse Contractual reports to support internal and external department data requirements and meetings.
- Update monthly KPI's (Key Performance Indicators)
- Weekly Contract and Item Update/Renewal communication both interdepartmental and organization wide.
- Contract Renewal Review of all contracts extending via GPO negotiation.
- Contract Rebate set up and tracking within the ERP system.
- Manage SCM Data tool for data integrity updates. (Duplicates, Unit of Measure, etc.)
- Review spend for recommendations of Item Master additions and inactivation.
- Identify Non-compliant/off-contract items for presentation to SCM staff for potential savings opportunities.
- Provide Back up of Recall Processing. (Recall Process: Review, process and distribute all Recalls, Safety Alerts and Product Notifications.  Tracking of all consequential documentation.)
- Other duties as required to support Management.
 
Other information:
Technical Expertise
- Experience with Office Administration is required.
- Experience working with all levels within an organization is preferred.
- Experience in healthcare is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office [Outlook and Word] is required.
- Advanced aptitude in Excel features and functionality.
Education and Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, Computer Science, or a related field is required.  May consider successful relevant experience and other formal training in place of bachelor's degree.
