Computer Skills: Strong computer skills including database software and general knowledge of e-mail/Outlook. The individual should have a working knowledge of excel software, word processing software, and HomecareHomebase or comparable computerized documentation software. Supervisory Responsibilities: No direct reports. Education/Experience: Master's degree in health informatics preferred; Bachelor’s degree in health informatics, nursing or a related field or four to ten years related experience and/or training in hospice/healthcare management and software systems; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Language Skills: Communication skills of reading, writing, and speaking in English. Math Skills: Math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages/fractions. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Hold a current RN license from the State of Florida. CHPN certification preferred and required within 2 years. ANCC RN-BC Informatics nurse certification (or equivalent through AHIMA) preferred and required within 2 years. Valid driver’s license.
