The Home Health Department provides full-service home health to patients in Wake County and some of the surrounding counties. The Clinical Nurse is responsible for providing total comprehensive care to patients and their families through the implementation of a plan of care. This plan is based upon the patient’s developmental and health care needs identified through the assessment of the patient’s physical, psychological, socioeconomic status, and physician orders regarding care, treatment, and education. The available roles offer a full-time position working weekends, as well as a supplemental day shift option.

1 Year Nursing or Related Area Required
1 Year Clinical – Home or Community Health Preferred
Graduate Nursing Required – Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Preferred
